Skills & Life promotes lifelong learning and offers an array of soft skills and courses that focus on Dr. Majett's study of soft skill development. The study investigated the acquisition of soft skills, exploring how soft skills are acquired which are important to future work and career advancement. Soft skill development is a collaborative effort that is implemented incrementally over time.

Our mission is to support professional practice by promoting education programs that focus on developing soft skills and ease adults into restarting their careers while recognizing the need to provide basic learning skills before embarking on career-specific training.
